Blue Cross Vermont is eliminating paper checks and transitioning to Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) payments only, effective October 1, 2026. All providers must sign up for EFT before this date to continue receiving timely payments.
Action Required
By October 1, 2026: Billing team and practice administrator must sign up for Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) through PayeeHub to continue receiving payments. Also enroll in Provider Resource Center (PRC) for vouchers (ERA/835). Contact PayeeHub Customer Care at (877) 882-0384 for enrollment help. Failure to enroll will result in delayed payments as paper checks will no longer be issued.
