By November 1, 2025: Update billing system to require prior authorization only for non-emergency fixed wing air ambulance services. Stop billing for home-administered subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy as it will no longer be covered. Review ambulance billing to ensure proper documentation of medical necessity and attending provider transfer orders for fixed wing transport.
