By January 1, 2026: Clinical and billing teams must update prescribing protocols to use new preferred adalimumab biosimilars (adalimumab-fkjp, adalimumab-aaty for Commercial; adalimumab-ryvk for Medicare) instead of Humira/Hadlima.
