Action Required
By May 1, 2026: Providers and billing staff should update lenalidomide prescription workflows to route through BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy (NCPDP 1078535, Fax: 800-269-5493). Establish BioPlus as the designated specialty pharmacy for lenalidomide REMS processing in billing systems and EMR templates. Train staff to direct patients and provide BioPlus contact information (bioplusrx.com). Update prior authorization procedures to reference BioPlus as the single point of contact for REMS management. Billing team should monitor claims routed through BioPlus to ensure proper adjudication.
