Summary
BCBS of Kansas has moved QBRP incentive information to a self-service model through their BlueAccess provider portal. Effective January 1, 2023, they no longer send communications about QBRP incentive changes - providers must now log into BlueAccess to view current and past incentive status.
Action Required
Immediately: Practice administrators should bookmark the QBRP incentive section in BlueAccess (Provider Information > Provider Information Forms). Set up quarterly reminders to check QBRP incentive status since BCBSKS no longer sends change notifications. Solo providers can view their chart directly; group providers must select individual providers to view their incentive charts.
