Blue Cross Blue Shield Kansas has made 2023 QBRP (Quality-Based Recognition Program) incentive information available for providers to view through the BlueAccess portal on Availity. Effective January 1, 2023, they will no longer send communications about QBRP incentive changes - providers must now check the portal directly.

Immediately: Billing team and providers should log into BlueAccess portal on Availity to view 2023 QBRP incentives. Navigate to Provider Information > Provider Information Forms and scroll to bottom. Solo providers can view their chart directly, group providers must select individual providers. Contact Professional Relations representative with questions about viewing incentives.
