BCBSKS has launched a new centralized mental health resources website for members at www.bcbsks.com/mental-health-resources. The MiResource tool will be discontinued effective December 1, 2024.
Action Required
By December 1, 2024: Front desk staff and providers must stop directing patients to the MiResource tool. Update patient education materials and staff training to direct mental health patients to www.bcbsks.com/mental-health-resources instead. Remove any MiResource bookmarks or references from practice workflows.
