Action Required
Immediately: Train front desk staff to accept both GeoBlue and BCBS Global Solutions ID cards as valid during transition through 2027. Continue using existing BlueCard Program processes: verify eligibility using phone number on ID card, submit claims per card instructions, and collect only member cost-share amounts. No system changes required.
