Summary
Indiana Medicaid has updated rates and services for the Family Supports Waiver (FSW) and Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver programs. Case management rates increased from $131.25 to $143.75, new services were added including Remote Supports and Transportation levels, and multiple habilitation codes are being end-dated and replaced with new Day Habilitation codes.
Action Required
By July 16, 2020: Update billing system with new Case Management rate ($143.75) for code T2022 and add new service codes S5165, T1028, A9279, T2002 with appropriate modifiers. By August 1, 2020: Replace all end-dated Facility Habilitation and Community Habilitation codes with new Day Habilitation codes T2020 using updated modifier combinations. Stop using end-dated codes after July 31, 2020 to avoid claim denials.
