By March 31, 2021: Billing team must resubmit previously denied claims with HCPCS T2022 + modifier U7 for dates of service April 1, 2019 or later. Include claim note 'Bypass timely filing due to CaMSS defect' on electronic submissions or attach copy of bulletin to paper claims. Target A&D HCBS and TBI waiver case management services.
