Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs is offering COVID-19 financial relief to Medicaid-enrolled Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers for expenses incurred between March 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021. EMS providers must submit applications by July 31, 2021 to receive relief funding.
Action Required
By July 31, 2021: EMS providers enrolled in Indiana Medicaid should download and complete the Application for Indiana Medicaid EMS Provider COVID-19 Relief Funds from in.gov/fssa, then email the signed application to Stephen.Bordenkecher2@fssa.IN.gov. Only COVID-19-related expenses for Medicaid members between March 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021 are eligible.
