Summary
IHCP (Indiana Medicaid) has launched a new online portal for submitting Policy Consideration requests, replacing the old paper form process. All requests for policy changes, coverage additions, or code revisions must now be submitted through the new portal at in-fssa.force.com/policy with automated status tracking.

Immediately: Bookmark the new Policy Consideration portal at in-fssa.force.com/policy for future use. If your practice needs to request IHCP policy changes or coverage additions, use only the new online form - the old paper form is no longer accepted.
