Action Required
For applications submitted January 1, 2022 or later: Administrative staff must budget for and pay the increased enrollment fee of $631 (instead of $599) for any initial enrollments, ownership changes, or revalidation applications. Applications submitted before January 1, 2022 can still use the $599 fee.
