Action Required
Before January 1, 2023: Providers billing personal care services to Indiana Medicaid must ensure all services are documented through the EVV system (Sandata Aggregator or approved alternative). Log into evv.sandata.com/VM/Login to verify EVV data is appearing and all records show 'Verified' status before billing. Monitor Remittance Advices for EVV denial codes 0950, 0951, or 0952. Contact INXIXEVV@gainwelltechnologies.com for the optional pre-check process to verify EVV compliance. Claims without EVV compliance will be automatically denied starting January 1, 2023.
