Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs updated HCPCS codes effective October 1, 2022, adding new procedure codes (mostly noncovered) and discontinuing others. New codes will be added to the claim-processing system with established pricing posted on fee schedules.

By October 1, 2022: Billing team must update claim-processing system with new HCPCS codes. Check Professional Fee Schedule and Outpatient Fee Schedule at in.gov/medicaid/providers for pricing. Note that most new codes (0332U-0345U) are noncovered by Indiana Medicaid. Update billing software to reflect coverage status.
