Indiana Medicaid has extended the deadline to November 28, 2022 for healthcare providers to apply for grants of up to $110,000 per vehicle (maximum 2 vehicles) to purchase Type II 'Sprinter' ambulances for non-emergency medical transportation services. Providers must be licensed ambulance operators and actively enrolled in Indiana's Medicaid NEMT program.
