Immediately: Front desk staff must update Presumptive Eligibility screening questions to ask if applicants were in foster care in ANY state (not just Indiana) on their 18th birthday. Update intake forms and staff training materials to reflect expanded eligibility criteria for former foster youth up to age 26.
