Update billing software to map discontinued codes (99217-99356, 49560-49657, G2170-G2171, 0475T-0478T) to their approved alternates. Review and resubmit any denied claims from January 1, 2023 forward using correct replacement codes. Update fee schedules with new pricing for codes that previously showed 'pricing pending'.
