Immediately: Billing teams for EMS providers must update fee schedules in billing systems with the corrected reimbursement rates listed in Table 1 for all IHCP/Indiana Medicaid claims with dates of service July 1, 2023 and after. Update A0225 to use the same allowable amount as A0427 ($482.56). Verify system calculates reimbursement as the lower of submitted charges or the new IHCP Professional Fee Schedule rates.
