Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP/Medicaid) will stop recognizing temporary COVID-19 licenses (License No. CV#######) effective May 11, 2023. Providers with these temporary licenses must obtain unlimited licenses or face disenrollment from IHCP.
Action Required
By May 11, 2023: All providers with temporary COVID-19 licenses (License No. CV#######) must update their credentials with IHCP to show unlimited licenses. Update licensure information through IHCP Provider Healthcare Portal or submit IHCP Provider Enrollment Recertification of Licenses and Certifications Form. Contact regional provider relations consultant for assistance. Failure to update will result in disenrollment from IHCP and inability to bill Medicaid patients.
