Indiana Medicaid updated age ranges for Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine codes 91300, 0001A, 0002A, 0003A, and 0004A to ages 12 and older, retroactive to their original effective dates. The system has been corrected and claims will be automatically reprocessed with adjustments appearing on remittance advices starting June 21, 2023.
