Action Required
By May 31, 2023: Submit all Indiana Medicaid claims before 10 p.m. ET on June 1st to ensure processing before migration. Plan for inability to access claims, provider enrollment, and prior authorization functions from June 1 11:59 p.m. through June 4 4 p.m. ET. Complete any Presumptive Eligibility applications by end of day June 4, specifically requesting backdates to June 3 due to system downtime. Claims submitted after June 1 10 p.m. will not be processed until migration completion on June 4.
