Most self-service options will also be unavailable during this period, but managed care entity phone lines remain operational.

By June 2, 2023: Billing team should prepare for IHCP phone line closure from June 2-5. Use managed care entity phone lines for urgent member eligibility verification during this period. Plan non-urgent IHCP inquiries for after June 5, 2023, when lines reopen.
