Kepro, the IHCP prior authorization and utilization management contractor, has officially changed its name to Acentra Health effective July 1, 2023. All PA-UM processes, portal functionality, and contact information remain the same during the gradual rebranding transition.
Action Required
Immediately: Update internal documentation and staff training materials to recognize that Kepro and Acentra Health are the same entity for Indiana Medicaid prior authorization processes. Continue using existing Atrezzo Provider Portal at portal.kepro.com and current contact information (INPriorAuthIssues@kepro.com, 866-725-9991) until further notice of rebranding changes.
