Summary
Effective July 1, 2023, Kepro becomes the new prior authorization and utilization management contractor for Indiana Medicaid fee-for-service non-pharmacy services, replacing Gainwell. Providers must register for the new Atrezzo Provider Portal to submit future authorization requests and use new contact information for customer service.
Action Required
By July 1, 2023: Billing team must register for the Atrezzo Provider Portal at portal.kepro.com to submit future prior authorization requests. Update customer service contact to 866-725-9991 and fax to 800-261-2774. Complete portal training available at INMedicaidFFS.kepro.com. Existing authorizations will continue to be honored until units are exhausted or dates expire.
