By October 1, 2023: Billing team should update prior authorization and coverage verification processes to reflect that Dexcom G7 CGM System is now on the preferred list for Indiana Medicaid patients. DME providers must continue using established claim submission processes outlined in the Durable and Home Medical Equipment provider reference module.
