Action Required
Immediately: Billing teams at OTP facilities must update billing systems to use weekly bundle codes G2067 (methadone) and G2068 (buprenorphine) instead of per diem code H0020. Set date of service as the first treatment date in each 7-day period. Add new take-home supply codes G2078 and G2079 when applicable. Update place of service codes to include POS 58 for non-residential OTP facilities and POS 02/10 for telehealth services. Individual daily services can no longer be billed separately.
