Summary
IHCP identified incorrect copayment charges on Medicaid claims from April 1-October 17, 2023, when cost-sharing was suspended due to COVID-19. The system will automatically adjust these claims with mass replacements beginning December 6, 2023.

Starting December 6, 2023: Billing team should monitor remittance advices for adjusted claims with ICNs beginning with '52' and EOB code 9001. Review mass replacement adjustments to ensure proper copayment refunds are processed. No action needed from providers as adjustments are automatic.
