Action Required
By March 12, 2024: Community mental health centers with DMHA mobile crisis unit designation should update billing systems to include new codes S9484, S9485, H0034, and H2011 with specified modifiers and rates. Resubmit any previously denied claims for mobile crisis services from July 1, 2023 forward, attaching this bulletin as timely filing waiver within 90 days for managed care or 180 days for fee-for-service claims.
