Summary
IHCP's prior authorization contractor Kepro is officially changing its name to Acentra Health effective January 1, 2024. The Atrezzo Provider Portal URL will update to http://atrezzo.acentra.com and the new provider relations email will be INPriorAuthIssues@Acentra.com.
Action Required
By January 1, 2024: Billing team must update bookmarked URLs to the new Atrezzo Provider Portal at http://atrezzo.acentra.com. Update contact information to use new provider relations email INPriorAuthIssues@Acentra.com for prior authorization issues. Staff should expect to see Acentra Health logos on authorization letters beginning in 2024.
