Summary
IHCP is implementing new reimbursement rates for Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) services effective December 7, 2023. Claims with service dates from Dec 7, 2023 through Jan 23, 2024 will be automatically mass-adjusted, while providers must submit corrected claims for any CMHW services billed at old rates after the effective date.
Action Required
Immediately: Update billing system with new CMHW rates effective Dec 7, 2023. For any CMHW claims (H2014, H2015, S5151, T1005, T2022) submitted with old rates for dates of service on or after Dec 7, 2023, billing team must submit corrected claims to receive proper reimbursement. Monitor remittance advices beginning April 3, 2024 for mass-adjusted claims with ICNs beginning with 52.
