Summary
Beginning mid-May 2024, Indiana Medicaid HCBS provider certification requests for PathWays for Aging, TBI, and A&D/H&W Waivers will transition from the Division of Aging to OMPP and must be submitted through a new Salesforce system. Providers should hold new certification requests until the new system launches in mid-May.
Action Required
By mid-May 2024: HCBS providers must transition to OMPP's new Salesforce system for all certification requests (initial applications, CHOW requests, additional services, additional counties) for PathWays for Aging, TBI, and A&D/H&W Waivers. Register for the May 1, 2024 webinar to learn system access instructions. Stop submitting requests to Division of Aging after the final transition date is announced.
