Summary
The Indiana Medicaid program (OMPP) created a dedicated email mailbox (OMPPFQHC-RHCReimbursement@fssa.in.gov) exclusively for federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and rural health clinics (RHCs) to address questions, missing wrap payments, and claim issues. All FQHCs and RHCs must now use only this mailbox for all communications instead of previous contact methods.
