By August 1, 2024: Billing team must update all mailing address records for Gainwell Technologies in billing system and office procedures. Update medical claims submissions to P.O. Box 50447, institutional claims to P.O. Box 50448, adjustment claims to P.O. Box 50444, and provider enrollment correspondence to P.O. Box 50443. Print new address labels and update any automated mailing processes. All addresses now use Indianapolis, IN 46250 zip codes instead of 46207.
