Summary
Indiana Medicaid has launched a new OMPP HCBS Certification Portal for Home- and Community-Based Services provider certifications. All new HCBS provider certification requests for A&D Waiver or TBI Waivers must now be submitted through this new portal instead of the Division of Aging.
Action Required
Immediately: Providers offering Home- and Community-Based Services in Indiana must use the new OMPP HCBS Certification Portal at OMPPProviders.fssa.in.gov for all new certification requests. Create separate accounts for each enrolled service location. Existing A&D Waiver certifications are automatically grandfathered into PathWays and H&W Waivers.
