Box addresses (7259, 7262, 7263, 7265, 7267, 7268, 7269, 7271, 7255, 7260, 7257, 7258, 9205) with corresponding new addresses per Table 1. Update address labels, billing software, and any automated mailing systems. Verify unlisted P.O. Boxes (like 2303) require no changes. Electronic submissions and Payer IDs remain unchanged.
