Summary
IHCP (Indiana Medicaid) is retroactively increasing the maximum reimbursement rate for procedure code J1930 (Lanreotide injection) from $35.33 to $83.67, effective October 1, 2022. Claims paid at the previous lower rate will be automatically mass-adjusted with payments appearing on August 9, 2024 remittance advices.

Billing team should monitor remittance advices dated August 9, 2024 for adjustment payments with ICN/Claim IDs beginning with 52.
