Gainwell Technologies is changing all P.O. Box addresses for Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) correspondence effective August 1, 2024. All mail types including claims, adjustments, provider enrollment, and other correspondence must be sent to new P.O. Box addresses based on the type of submission.

By August 1, 2024: Billing team must update all mailing addresses for IHCP/Medicaid correspondence in billing systems and processes. Update paper claim submission addresses (medical claims to PO Box 50447, institutional claims to PO Box 50448), adjustment requests to PO Box 50444, provider enrollment to PO Box 50443, and claim attachments to appropriate new addresses. Print new address labels and notify all staff who handle mail submissions. Failure to use correct addresses may result in processing delays.
