Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) reminds providers that when submitting Level I PASRR and level-of-care assessments through AssessmentPro, they must use only the patient's IHCP Member ID (RID) and attest to information accuracy. Using any other patient ID can delay PASRR and LOC decisions.
Action Required
Immediately: Staff submitting PASRR and LOC assessments must verify they are using only the patient's IHCP Member ID (RID) in AssessmentPro system, never any other patient identifier. Billing team should review current submission practices and train staff on proper ID usage. Contact PASRR@fssa.in.gov for questions about PASRR submissions.
