Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) has changed all Gainwell Technologies P.O. Box mailing addresses effective August 1, 2024. Providers must update their mailing addresses for all correspondence including claims, adjustments, provider enrollment, and other administrative communications to avoid delays.
Action Required
Immediately: Update all mailing addresses used for IHCP/Gainwell correspondence to the new P.O. Box numbers listed in the bulletin. Billing team must update addresses in billing software, claims processing systems, and any pre-printed forms. Update addresses for: medical claims (PO Box 50447), institutional claims (PO Box 50448), adjustments (PO Box 50444), provider enrollment (PO Box 50443), written correspondence (PO Box 50442), and all other categories per Table 1. Failure to update addresses may result in delayed processing of claims and correspondence.
