Summary
Starting June 1, 2026, hospitals will have access to their 2025 PPR and PPC performance reports through the TMHP portal, which will determine payment adjustments effective September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027. Only authorized personnel who handle claims and eligibility can access these quality-based performance reports.
Action Required
By June 1, 2026: Hospital billing managers must log into the TMHP secure provider portal and download PPR and PPC performance reports from the Potentially Preventable Events (PPE) Provider Reports tab. Only staff who routinely access R&S reports, submit claims, and check eligibility can access these reports. Review performance data as payment adjustments will be implemented starting September 1, 2026. For portal access issues, contact TMHP EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638.
