Summary
Indiana Medicaid will reprocess claims for Money Follows the Person (MFP) participants who exceeded 365 days of eligibility and were transitioned to PathWays or Health and Wellness waivers. Providers will see reprocessed claims with new ICNs beginning with 52 on remittance advices starting October 23, 2024, and may receive new service authorizations.
Action Required
Starting October 23, 2024: Billing team must monitor remittance advices for reprocessed claims with Internal Control Numbers (ICNs) beginning with 52 (mass replacements non-check replacement).
