Summary
Texas Medicaid providers must transition to a new TMHP IAMOnline login system with mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) effective June 12, 2026. Providers have only 7 days after receiving activation emails (sent June 8, 2026) to set up accounts or risk losing access to billing portals including MedLog, PEMS, and Electronic Remittance Advice.
Action Required
By June 15, 2026: All billing staff must activate TMHP IAMOnline accounts within 7 days of receiving activation email (sent June 8, 2026). Set new password, register MFA (email-based automatic, optional Okta Verify or Google Authenticator), and test access to MedLog, PEMS, ERA, and PA on the Portal. Download MFA apps from Apple App Store or Google Play if using mobile authentication. Failure to activate within 7 days will result in loss of access to essential Texas Medicaid billing portals.
