Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) has implemented new rates for Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTFs) effective retroactively from January 1, 2024. PRTF providers must void and resubmit all claims from January 1, 2024 through January 14, 2025 to reflect the new rates, with timely filing requirements waived.

Billing teams should expect to see mass-adjusted claims on remittance advices beginning February 19, 2025 with ICNs/Claim IDs beginning with 52.
