Summary
IHCP has corrected a system issue that caused incorrect denials of home health claims using CPT code 99600 for dates of service January 1-9, 2025. Affected claims will be automatically adjusted or reprocessed and appear on remittance advices with ICNs beginning with 52 or 80.
Action Required
Immediately: Monitor remittance advices for adjusted or reprocessed claims with ICNs beginning with 52 (mass replacements) or 80 (reprocessed denied claims) for CPT 99600 home health services from January 1-9, 2025. No resubmission needed as IHCP will automatically correct affected claims.
