Indiana Medicaid (IHCP) corrected a pricing error for CPT code 75580 (cardiac CT analysis) that underpaid claims by $30 from January 1, 2024 through January 28, 2025. Affected claims will be automatically mass adjusted with payments appearing on remittance advices starting March 19, 2025.
