Texas Medicaid provider accounts through TMHP will be automatically deactivated after 90 days of inactivity. Providers must log in or change passwords every 90 days to maintain access, or call the EDI Help Desk for reactivation within 5 business days.
Action Required
Immediately: All providers billing Texas Medicaid must log into their TMHP accounts at tmhp.com at least once every 90 days or change their password to prevent deactivation. Set up calendar reminders for every 80 days. If account becomes deactivated, call TMHP EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638 for reactivation (takes up to 5 business days). Failure to maintain active accounts will prevent claim submissions to Texas Medicaid.
