Summary
Starting April 23, 2026, TULIP (Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal) will automatically deactivate external user accounts after 90 days of inactivity. Deactivated users can reactivate by using the password reset link when attempting to log in.
Action Required
Before April 23, 2026: Billing team and administrative staff should ensure regular TULIP portal logins (at least every 89 days) to prevent account deactivation. Create calendar reminders for periodic logins. If account becomes inactive, use the 'Click Here' password reset link to reactivate access.
