Update internal code reference lists and billing guidelines to include C9173 alongside existing G-CSF mobilizer codes (J1442, J1447, Q5101, etc.). Verify that claims using C9173 are properly mapped to covered stem cell transplantation procedures per medical necessity criteria. Train billing staff on the new biosimilar code to prevent denials.
