Summary
Cigna Healthcare has added Loargys® (pegzeilarginase-nbln) to their Specialty Medical Injectables with Reimbursement Restriction list effective March 30, 2026. This drug must now be dispensed by a Cigna-contracted specialty pharmacy and claims must be submitted through that pharmacy unless otherwise authorized.
